My commission services are only offered through VGen, Ko-Fi, or Artistree. All pricing and payment is handled through those specific platforms.

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to commission me.

I have the right to decline any commission and/or client that I do not feel comfortable working with.

A clear and colored reference sheet or images of your character must be provided. I do not work off of written-only descriptions.

Commissioned art is in digital form only. No physical products are offered.

Turn around time is 1 month. I try to complete all commissions within this time frame, but will communicate any expected delays.

Deadlines are accepted. However, a rush fee may be applied.

You may request a work in progress (WIP) of your commission at any time.

Most edits can be completed during the WIP sketch phase. However, excessive edit requests may result in a fee. To avoid this, please provide a clear pose reference or description when ordering your commission.

Minor edits that were my mistake are allowed, and are provided free of charge.

Major edits on the finished artwork will result in a fee. Please ask for any corrections during the initial WIP sketch phase to avoid this.

I hold all rights on my works, including but not limited to full pieces, WIPs, or unused sketches.

I reserve the right to publicly post commissioned artwork, and/or use commissioned artwork to promote my business.

You may: repost your commission(s) wherever you like as long as credit is given.

You may: use commissioned work for personal use (such as icons, banners, etc) as long as credit is given.

You may: print commissioned artwork for personal use only. Commissioned artwork should not be printed and sold for profit unless a commercial license is purchased.

You may NOT: use commissioned work for commercial use without purchasing the appropriate license.

You may NOT: edit or complete commissioned work, or have another artist edit or complete commissioned work.

You may NOT: claim the work as your own, or upload without proper credit.

You may NOT: use AI to alter the final artwork in any way, shape, or form.

I do NOT authorize any of my works, commissioned or otherwise, to be used as NFTs or to train AI.

Violators of these terms will be blacklisted and blocked from ordering from me.
